Students will learn the fundamentals of art and sharpen their technical skills. Students will practice a variety of mediums and subjects and create unique pieces with each curated project lesson. Also included in the curriculum are craft projects, allowing students to transform everyday items into new works of art. 

Art will develop in each student an interest in and the ability for creative expression in visual terms, using skills and techniques of artistic expression consistent with school guidelines; to develop aesthetic understandings and appreciations; to discover and develop talents of students in the field of art.
